Shipping your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receiving your payment and are shipped via DHL or PostNL, with tracking and delivery without a signature. If you prefer a delivery option that requires a signature, additional charges will apply. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling, packaging and postage. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees depend on the total weight. We recommend placing all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, so shipping fees will be charged for each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
